Go Digital Newcastle aims to make faster and more reliable broadband available to everyone in Newcastle, making our city one of the best connected cities in the UK.
Many residents and businesses in Newcastle currently have standard internet connections, but coverage and reliability is mixed from one area to the next. We've all come to expect more from our broadband connections, as the internet and social media revolutionise our every day lives. Simple things like downloading programmes from iPlayer, or using the web to promote your business, could be so much better and quicker!
Newcastle City Council is leading this campaign to make sure everyone has access to better broadband and digital technology, and we need you to tell us why it’s important to you.
