Open Invitation to a Breakfast Briefing for Commercial Landlords and Property Agents

August 21, 2014

Future Proof Your Commercial Properties with Superfast Broadband Grants

Wednesday, 17 September 2014, 8am to 10am – Mansion House, Fernwood Road, Jesmond, Newcastle, NE2 1TJ.

I would be delighted if you can join us at our breakfast briefing at the Mansion House on 17 September. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the grants available to get superfast broadband into your buildings.

Through the Connection Vouchers Scheme you could benefit from free vouchers worth up to £3,000 each that can be used by Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Newcastle, Gateshead and North Tyneside to get a faster connection.

Where several small companies are based in one building or on a business park, there is the potential for you as the landlord or management agent to add this up. If you have 10 eligible SMEs in one location, you could get a grant worth up to £30,000 to improve internet connectivity in your building.

The grants are only available until March 2015. I want to make sure that you don’t miss out.

It’s vital that you act now to make the most of the opportunity. Reliable and fast internet connectivity is a must for commercial premises and this is a chance to install faster connections for free.

I’m delighted that several landlords are already getting superfast broadband installed with the help of the grants, future-proofing their offices and making them more attractive to lease. So please do join us at our breakfast event to hear more about how you can also benefit and keep the connectivity in your properties at the leading edge.

If you want to find out more now you don’t need to wait until September. Give our team a call on 0191 2771625. We’d be delighted to answer your questions and help you apply. Alternatively book your place at the free event

I look forward to seeing you on the 17 September 2014.

Yours sincerely,

Tom Warburton
